Resetting Your Password When Unable to Log In To Your OnBrand Portal


Occasionally you cannot remember or password or you do not have access to the location your passwords are stored and you are unable to login to the OnBrand portal.  This article describes how to reset your password.  




You must have an active account in your OnBrand portal.


Navigate to your OnBrand portal and complete the following steps:

  1. Select the forgot your password link.
  2. On the next screen, enter your email address.
  3. When the email arrives, select the link delivered in the email.
Note: If you have previously disabled system email notifications, the password reset link email will not be delivered. In this case, please contact support to explain the issue and request to enable system email notifications.

4. Enter your new password.

5. At the login screen, enter your email and new password to log in.  



Once the password has been changed, log into the OnBrand portal with your new password to confirm the correct operation.
