You may have had your password reset by your administrator or by Northplains support and would like to set your password to something more secure. This article describes the steps to reset your password while logged into the OnBrand portal.
Follow the steps below to reset your password:
Log in to your OnBrand portal with your current password.
Click on your name at the top right of the screen and select Profile.
Scroll down to where you see your current password, just after your profile picture.
Fill in your current password and a new password and select Change my password.
Log out of the OnBrand portal and then log back in using your new password and verify that it allows you to log in.
