Can an Asset be Shared with a User External to the OnBrand Instance?

Overview

This article answers the question can an asset can be shared with an external user, meaning a user who does not have access to the OnBrand portal.

The assets stored in the OnBrand portal cannot be shared with users external to the OnBrand portal.

The OnBrand portal does have a share asset button, but this button will only share the asset with users who are able to log into the portal.
