When a license needs to be created or renewed, you will need to request a renewal quote from the Xinet Account Management team for more information.
If your license is currently expired, please generate an emergency license before reaching out to the Account Management team.
To request a license quote or renew your license, you will need to reach out to your Account Manager directly via email with the following information:
- License Serial Number
- Company Name
- Email Address for the Company
- Hardware ID
If you do not receive a reply from your Account Manager, please submit a ticket to NorthPlains Xinet Support with the above information and we will reach out to the Account Management team for an update.
