Business Filter do not filter assets after setup

Overview

When setting up a Business Filter / Rule, the assets are not filtered in the same parameters set in the Business Filter / Rule. The Business Filter settings are confirmed to be set up correctly.

 

Solution

According to the Xinet Filters/Business Rules KB, the Solr Database needs to be enabled and up to date for the Business Rules to function.

You will most likely just need to enable the Solr Database, then try testing the Business Filters once again to make sure that the Business Rules are filtering out the right assets. If the filters are still not working, you will need to update the Solr Database version to the latest version.
