End-users may report they cannot access their projects/workflow when logged into the OnBrand portal. This article provides steps to take when your projects are not visible.
When logged into your OnBrand portal, you may find your project or workflow space looks like the screenshot below.
When this happens, ensure the Role, on the right is expanded and select All. Once this is done the projects will be visible as below.
If the above step did not resolve your issue, try with a different browser. In situations where this is browser-related, Internet Explorer and Chrome would load the projects with no issue and browsers in "incognito mode" would not load the projects. Clearing browser data or reinstalling the browser may help as well.
