Distell End-Users Unable to Log into Their OnBrand Instance


Distell customers may be unable to log into their OnBrand environment or reset their password.  This article provides information for Distell End-Users and resetting their passwords.  



On November 13, 2020, the password requirements for the Distell OnBrand were changed adding special characters.  The requirements are stated now across the top of the password reset page.

Ensure you are using the following requirements when resetting your passwords:

  • At least 8 characters in length
  • Contain one uppercase letter
  • Contain one lowercase letter
  • Contain one number
  • Contain one special character


You can also reset their password and log into the customer's front-end environment to ensure the password reset is working properly.
