Overview

This article provides information about when an email is received for approval of an asset and the link opens a blank page. 

Information

When an asset requires approval by an admin, the administrator receives an email from the system with a link to approve the asset's publication.  When the link in the email opens a blank page or tab, the administrator profile is from a different brand, and this is by design.  

For example, an administrator with a brand profile of brand A receives a request for brand B, the link or page opened will be blank.  If the administrator first switches the administrator profile to brand B and then opens the link for the asset request for brand B, the approval page will then open as expected.  

If the administrator is already using the brand profile associated with the email link received, then the link should provide the correct page or tab.
